Service / Contractor business needs take charge individual to perform all aspects of office and bookkeeping tasks. The successful candidate will demonstrate a stable work history, customer service, scheduling & bookkeeping skills. This is a small business so bring all your hats and grow with us! A typical day includes being the first voice on the phone, AP/AR, scheduling/preparing for service work, shipping (UPS) - some lifting involved, ordering products, simple inside sales and, yes, maybe even vacuuming the office, or sweeping the warehouse. We have a casual, friendly work envrionment.

Desired attributes: an individual of the highest integrity, strong organizational skills, previous contractor experience, mechanical aptitude, some science education, inside sales experieince, Quickbooks experienced, MS Office, ability to work independently, self-starter, "What needs to be done next? - stakeholder attitude". We are looking for the RIGHT PERSON for the job

This part-time opening may develop into a full-time position.
