JOB DUTIES: Uses report extract tools, retrieves, and distributes hourly offers in the Vista Plus system.
Uses HRMS to input hourly team leader promotions and tracks changes in employee work histories
Inputs temporary hourly promotions into HRMS.
Inputs records into EITS.
Runs routine standard reports and some ad hoc reports in BERT.
Analyzes reports and prepares conclusions and recommendations with direction of experienced employees
Develops presentations, spreadsheets, word processing documents, diagrams, graphs, and charts.
Files and stores records. Sends appropriate records to data storage for long-term storage.
Answers basic employee questions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB SKILLS: Strong customer service background (meet and converse with people in person, by phone, and electronically)
Above average skills in Microsoft Word, Power point, and Excel
Helpful if knowledgeable in MS Access and MS Project
Basic math and statistics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, probability)
