Fast Growing Legal Support Firm has several open part time positions in the field
Legal Process Server and Legal Messenger
Experience preferred however, we are willing to provide training for the right candidates
These positions are not employees, they are Independent Contractors who must be able to secure a Washington State Business License and register as a Legal Process Server at the County Auditor’s Office, must also be able to secure Business Use Auto Insurance and E & O Insurance within 30 to 45 days.
Must have access to the internet and be able receive work orders via email or Fax.
Compensation is piecework; however, a successful Process Server and Legal Messenger will generally be able to earn $25.00 to $40.00 an hour.
Legal Messenger work generally takes place during normal business hours. Serving process generally takes place in the evenings and on weekends. As our volume grows these positions can be full time should that be your goal. Skills desired include the ability to think on your feet, able to read a map, and the ability to handle uncooperative people.
