Need highly proficient / experienced call center customer service rep. Must have ability to type / input orders while on the phone (must be proficient at keyboard skills). Has to be organized and able to multi-task between phone sales, customer inquiries, our vendors, internal staff, and other functions within the office to get answers our customers demand and deserve. Needs to know Word, Outlook and Excel software. We want a seriously minded professional that cares what they do and how to treat a customer right, not somebody that gets any answer for a customer just to resolve the call. We need a CSR that will be apart of a NEW and growing team effort to make our Customer Service the best in our industry. We need a person with ideas, motivation, experience and ability to work under stress. Somebody to help change and develop our customer service skills throughout our company. We need direct phone customer service skills (call center environment or equivalent). Having some kind of an automotive parts background is REQUIRED and we find those that understand basic automotive knowledge of where various parts are located on a vehicle succeed in this position faster than those that do not have such experience or knowledge. We need a Customer Service person – but if you have some background or knowledge gained from any source that can help identify basic automotive parts and location of the parts on a vehicle like a u-joint and have had some proven experience in dealing with customers over the phone with parts – that is also a big plus. Travel IS required and does require some manual work for show setup and displays at trade shows and show events across the country.
