Job Duties: Completion of insurance verifications; review scanned images for documents required by insurance carriers for claim reimbursement; extensive follow-up of documents & forms, claims reimbursement, claims denials, appeals, etc.; respond to client phone calls regarding A/R inquiries; contact referrals and physicians to request information required for reimbursement; knowledge of insurance carriers requirements/criteria to determine coverage & reimbursement; process prior authorization requests; manage A/R Aging Report to maintain low DSO; back-up customer service as needed.
Requirements: At least one year experience in the the above job duties.
