Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
•Responsible for the design, upkeep, and enhancement of Cascade Bank’s website and intranet.
•Responsible for finding and implementing new ways to more fully use the website as a vehicle for customer communications, establishing accurate online visitor tracking and research methods, increasing specific sales results, and determining new methods of engaging in interactive contact with target audiences.
•Work with other departments to create effective content and reach clear objectives in each section of the site.
•Responsible for all web and multimedia projects such as screen savers, PowerPoint presentations, and branch kiosks. This includes designing, implementing and distributing these projects as needed.
•Responsible for photo color-correction processes as needed.
•Provide back-up to the marketing colleague responsible for printed materials, branch support, ad requests, flyers, and other collateral used to promote the Cascade Bank brand in sales initiatives.
Skills and Abilities Required:
•Applicant should have a strong graphic design portfolio, including demonstrated design and development skills in the web environment( including user interface/usability issues) desired.
•At least two years’ experience in an agency or in-house marketing department.
•Software skills include proficiency in Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, Flash, and PowerPoint and familiarity with Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro.
•Must be proficient with web authoring using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•Experience with server-side scripting (ColdFusion, ASP) a plus.
