Right now we are seeking experienced residential flooring installers that are looking to bring their experience to our team.
Currently, we are on the look out for installers that have a minimum of 5 years (Consecutive years only, no broken service) hands-on field installation experience as a lead installer. If you have been in the trade within 4 years as an apprentice we may be interested in speaking with you as a possible lead installer.

Our customer service has to be Great and our installers Greater! With that being said, all requirements must be cleared for all installers applying:
Criminal Background Check
Driving Record Check
Drug Screening/Urine Analysis
Minimum of five (5) Professional References
Remember, we are on the look out for experience only, so you'll have to provide the following as well:
Speak and Understand English Fluently (O.K if second language, but must be able to articulate and express clear and concise thoughts fluently)
Maintain a consistent Clean-cut, Well Groomed, Professional Appearance (No holes in jeans, No Sweat Stained T-shirts, Fresh Breathe, Clean/Groomed Facial Hair if any, Hair maintained)
Provide Basic Math Skills related to your trade
Practice Patience, Courtousey and understanding to any criticizing customers
Every Lead Installer must have:
Reliable Work Van stocked with your own personal, proper working tools and equipment to complete all installations in a timely manner (no renting of tools or equipment will be tolerated)
