About us- I get up between 4-5am for my job (as a highly skilled baker...) and enjoy getting exercise, going to the library and hanging out in Seattle. He tests video games at Microsoft (rock band anyone?), goes to school a few nights a week and we both enjoy eating out and watching movies. It's a great house really private 3 bedrooms 1 giant bath with tons of storage. The room is apx 12x12, all rooms are equal size so there's no master. Washer/dryer and Dishwasher included. Gas heat. I'm a AWESOME room mate and hardly ever there. No credit check, but 1st and last is required. It's really close to I-5 and 405, so it makes for a breezy commute no matter where you work. It's close to Cascadia/UW Bothell, Edmonds and Shoreline Community colleges, if you're a student it's perfect. Close to Alderwood mall too and is on a bus route.

The house is fully furnished, but the rooms for rent are not. Pets negotiable. I have a 8 month old German Shepard pup that is fully trained and very friendly.

The lease would be month to month so if you need it for a month or longer it's flexible, I'm open to short term tenants too.
