We desire a Staffing Specialist/Personnel Manager who will have primary responsibility for Interviewing, screening and selecting candidates for our client companies. Must have inside sales experience with a Proven track record in developing and retaining customers for this well established Staffing firm .
This person will be responsible for some business development as well as providing strong customer service to our client base utilizing your strong follow up skills, ability to read people, make decisions based on fact and not emotion for the benefit of the client company. This person Must be CREATIVE (Think outside the box) The type of person who comes up with the solutions; a visionary, motivated, achiever, who sets high goals for them self and expects to achieve them.
