My name is Mandy and next weekend, I am moving into my new home in Lynnwood. I currently will have an extra 4 rooms in my home and planned on renting those out. I have two average size rooms upstairs that would fit a queen bed, dresser, and nightstand maximum and have full closets with full mirrors on the sliding doors. These two rooms will share the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs I have two bedrooms that will also share a bathroom. One bedroom is very large(maybe twice the size as the upstairs rooms) with a mirror, sliding-door closet. The other room was a living room that was made into a bedroom. It is basically � of the entire bottom floor so it�s even bigger than the bedroom, has a fireplace, but no closet. This room also just got brand new plush carpet. Honestly, I think it�s my favorite bedroom in the house. I am putting a wardrobe into that room that will have hanging space as well as shelving. Right outside this room is a hall closet that I can easily put another hanging rack and this closet also provides plenty of storage space. The upstairs bedrooms are $600 each, the downstairs bedroom is $800, and the living room-made-bedroom is $850. This rent includes all utilities, garbage, water, more than basic cable, and high-speed internet.

A little about me: I am 25/f, work full-time in Downtown Seattle, and part-time as a gymnastics coach in north Seattle.
