Professional couple seeks mature, respectful roommate. We live in a newer house within walking distance to the Alderwood Mall and the Interurban Trail. Rent of $480 includes your room, all utilities, reserved driveway parking, shared recreation room, and wireless high-speed cable Internet. We share the kitchen and laundry room. Garage parking is available for an additional fee.
This room is for single occupancy only. Sorry, but we will not accept cats or dogs. Smoking is okay outside only, and no drugs. A non-refundable fee of $50 and a refundable deposit of $150 will be due along with first month's rent at the time of move in. Applicant must pay $25 for a background check; this money will be applied to the $50 non-refundable fee if the check comes back clean.
