We have a FULL TIME opening for a Leasing Associate in a Lynnwood
apartment community. Candidate will assist the community manager and
leasing manager with the daily operations of the apartment community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with great customer
service and excellent sales experience. Candidate must be able to multi-task,
have computer knowledge, and be able to conduct themselves at all
times in a professional manner. Duties consist of showing and leasing
apartments to prospective residents, answering phones, filing,
marketing, assist in preparing property reports, accept rent payments,
and perform other duties advised by the manager.
Must have competency in the following:
Strong sales skills; ability to “close the deal”
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Computer literacy
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Telephone, Facsimile, photocopier
Basic office organizational skills: filing, supplies inventory and
ordering, mailing/shipping, office equipment upkeep/contract
maintenance
This position will require:
Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 30lbs
Ability to walk and tour apartments throughout the day
Flexibility in days and hours worked – This position requires working
on week ends
Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
Computer literacy and Yardi experienc a plus!
Valid Driver's License
