We have a timberbarrons mansion with one unit that we have not converted into an apartment, so it is unfinished and huge, about 700 sq feet, this is what we are renting for storage or artists studio. It is surrounded by windows and has a separate room which would be the bedroom if it were finished.
Take the second broadway exit, go to 35th take a left go to norton take a left, go down norton and you will see a sign that says private drive 3512 grand, take a left here and drive down the street to the end and at the end take a left in to the houses parking lot.
