Found cell phone (Lake Stevens)

I found a cell phone that looked like it had dropped off of a car or truck while they were entering onto Hwy 9 at Lundeen pkwy. The battery is dead so I have no way of calling any of the numbers in it. It is a T-Mobile phone, you call and describe the Make and Model!
