People keep asking me why a nice person with so much going for herself cant just get a place of her own...If I could I would, but I was laid off after a significant # of years with one employer and I am starting over again professionally, in a new career and as a result of that, starting over financially. I am not looking for pity, handouts, just a place where I can co-exist and live for a while peacefully. I was a homeowner for 18 years until selling my home in mid-2006, lived with a boyfriend until May of this year when we broke up. Right now I have what I consider a perfect place, however, the landlords now want to rent out the entire house...or something like that and I have to be out by end of August. I have been on a month to month. I have a master bedroom with a private bath, and share the common areas of the house, ie: kitchen, living room, family room, garage, laundry. I pay 650. and 1/3 of utilities. I am looking for a similar situation, just with good landlords and other like minded tenants.

Basically, I am in a financial bind, and I pay my child support which leaves me enough to pay my immediate bills, but I have other outstanding finances that need to be addressed, and I think what would help would be an inexpensive but clean place where I can have my son over on my weekends, and with my left over money, pay off my debts in a rapid fashion so I can begin to build my life again.
