Evening MOPS (Mukilteo)

MOPS, or Mothers of Preschoolers, is a program designed for mothers of children from pregnancy through the end of kindergarten. It is a group that provides a caring, accepting atmosphere for mothers and their young children.

It is a time for mothers to escape for a couple of hours the rigors of their daily lives to form friendships, give and receive encouragement and support, hear really interesting and informative speakers, and have fun. It is a way for mothers of preschoolers to refresh and renew.

While the moms are engaged in their meeting, the children are being attended to by wonderful MOPPETS Workers, who engage the children in age-appropriate activities. Little ones can even stay in the same room as the moms, in the care of one of our wonderful helpers - so you can still see your child(ren) while you get mom time. (We request a donation of $3.00 per child for care, if at all possible).

We hope you will come and join us! Our next meeting is Monday, October 20th.

We meet the 1st and 3rd Monday evenings of each month September - November. This is currently a pilot program, but we will resume in January if we have enough moms attending to show that there is a need in the community. There is a cost to attend - $25.00 for MOPS International membership and also $5.00 per meeting. We also request a small donation to help with childcare ($3.00 or so). However, scholarships are available, as we do not want anyone to feel that they cannot attend due to financial reasons.

We meet at Mukilteo Presbyterian Church, 4514 - 84th Street SW, Mukilteo. Our meetings start at 7:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. Light refreshments, beverages, and childcare are provided. Call 425-355-2802 OR 425-609-2255 or email mukilteomops@gmail.com for more information, or just come and join us! We hope to see you soon!

For additional information on MOPS International or Mukilteo Presbyterian Church, please see www.mops.org or mpclife, com. Thank you.

The
fundamental ethos
of this culture the doctrine
of the exclusivity of the eternal
ego has passed its sell-by date.
The expiration of this psychic placebo
has re-opened a grievous wound in our
human being revealing the void
where still we dare not look.
This is responsible for the
chaotic state of our
world today.

The Art of Existential Escapology, a Metaphysical course of action.

Hi, thanks for your interest and in a nutshell, ‘The Art of Existential Escapology’ is a metaphysical course offered complimentarily via cyber space and conceived as a therapeutic philosophy for the pain of existential thought through the accelerated psychic evolution of the individual. The primary objectives of the course are:

1. The awakening of the responsibility of the individual.
2. The inoculation of the evolving human mind against the psychic plague of ‘meaningless’ as expressed through Nihilism.
3. The downfall of dogma through the demolition of delusion and denial.
4. A wake up call to all, concerning the corporate colonisation of our reality.
5. The connection of minds of a like kind.

These words are based purely on an ideology, there’s no hidden agenda and no fee is involved. If this is what you’re looking for then please write asking for the ‘introduction’, if not then may your god go with you.

Yours truly,
Jack Milton
He decides that he wants to read all of the ancient original text of the Holy Scriptures, so he spends the next eon or so learning the languages.

After becoming a linguistic master, he sits down in the library and begins to pour over every version of the Bible, working back from the most recent "Easy Reading" to the original handwritten script.

The angel librarian hears a loud scream, and goes running toward its source only to find the Pope huddled in a chair, shaking and crying.

"The R! They left out the R!"

"What do you mean?" the angel librarian asks.
After collecting his wits, the Pope sobs again, "The word was supposed to be CELEBRATE!. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
It's Time To Give Your Exercise Routine A Makeover

Before you open your wallet to join a gym or hire a trainer, you should check to make sure your exercise program will meet these criteria.

Number 1, the exercises should be tailored to your fitness level. If the exercises
are not customized to fit your ability, then it shouldn't be a program that
 you follow.

Number 2, the workout should challenge your strength, flexibility, heart, lungs
 and mind.

Number 3, the workouts should be challenging enough so that you get results!

Number 4, the workouts should offer plenty of variety.

Number 5, the workouts should be fun.

And number 6, the fitness program should offer an unconditional money back
 guarantee.

AiM fitCAMPs For Women meet all 6 of these criteria. Best of all, it meets all these criteria and it the camps only last 30 minutes. Try
 it - risk free!
