We are hosting our first dinner and auction gala event on Friday, November 6th from 5-10 pm. I need volunteers to help make this a successful evening. I can not do this alone and need folks who are interested in helping their community become a better place. I will most likely be MC'ing the event as well so I need folks who can take direction and get things done. This is going to be a great event with over 100 community and business leaders in attendance. This is a Semi-Formal event and need our volunteers to dress accordingly.

We need several people to help with various duties on Friday November 6th. I will be coming down the night before to gather up all of the donations for the auction and will need help setting them up. In addition, I will need help with guest registration 5pm-7pm (2 people), greeter 5pm-7pm(1), silent auction table hosts (2 people)5pm-7pm, live auction spoter (1)7pm-9pm, live auction recording secretary (1)7pm-9pm, live auction models for showing items up for bid 7pm-9pm (2 people), cashier (2 people) 7pm-9pm, and item distribution to guest who have paid for their items 7pm-9pm (2 people).
