Bath Fitter, the leading one day bath remodeling company, is looking to fill the position of junior administrative assistant in our Mountlake Terrace, WA location. This position is part time and offers 20 hours per week which are mainly in the evenings and on Saturdays. The person we are looking for will be a forward thinker who can support all team members with a positive attitude. The main responsibility of this person is to schedule sales appointments with residential customers using our proprietary software, prepare mail outs, greeting customers in our showroom, and entering data into our retail system. The succesful candidate will be creative but yet able to follow company guidelines and rules. Prior telephone and customer service skills would be considered a great asset as well. Computer skills are necessary. The hours for the position are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 4pm-8pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. A happy person that works well in a team environment and that can make customers feel very comfortable is who we are looking for.
