Jonathan will start teaching Hand percussion..... Doumbek & / or Djembe Drums! Focus will be placed upon Middle Eastern Rhythms, African Rhythms& Percussion Rudiments...... Helping Students to understand Rhythms & how to play all the super fancy drum goodies of a Great Drummer! Jonathan has been playing Drums his whole life starting with drum set and more recently Doumbek & Indian Tablas..... he is truly a Great teacher willing to sit and take time / concern for all of his students and he will show you all he knows!
This class is Perfect for anyone who is interested in playing drums, or wants to learn how to count music or if you want to begin to learn to dance to Middle Eastern Rhythms..... Dancer or Drummer You will Love this Class!
Class time is from 7:15-8pm.....
first Class is 4/7..... We are offering the first class free of charge as a intro class
After that from 4/14-5/19 We will offer a 6 week session costing $60 for the entire session Payment and Registration will be done on the first day of class 4/14....... I'm going to be there happily drumming and working on my technique..... in search of the Perfect Drum Solo......
