Profurl in-boom roller reefing system for a 24 foot sailboat - $500 (Everett)
This system is simple - with just two lines you can raise, lower and reef the main. Includes a hard vang so no topping lift is required.
I just removed this from my Pacific Seacraft Dana 24. It's in good shape, but you would have to replace a few parts that are worn.
The sail is ~28' at the luff and around ~10' at the foot. 4 battens.
The the gooseneck and vang attachment pop-rivet to the mast. There is also a foil that attaches to the aft of the mast via brackets and t-bolts that slide up the existing mast track.
I'll sell just the hardware for $250. If you want the sail too that would be another $250.
