Fast Water Heater is the largest water heater sales and installation company in Washington. We hold the contract to many Home Depot, Sears and Lowe�s retail outlets in Western Washington. Our inside sales representatives have the security in knowing they can count on a large percentage of guaranteed sales from our retail centers. Each sales representative also sells directly to customers that call in. Therefore we NEVER cold call, warm call or prospect.

Sales representatives:
The primary role of our sales representatives is to generate revenue via the channels we supply and to ensure they provide excellent customer service for each and every customer.

Pay: Commission ($35,000-$70,000). The harder you work, the more you can make.

Requirements:

**Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday (8am-5pm) and our closing shift 11pm-8:30 PM during the week. Days off may be split. (Example: off Monday and Wednesday)

Our Company has a New, Office rental, Work Loft facility that will be up and running in January. Our building is still under construction and we are looking to build and train its team prior to its opening.

--To complete a market survey of all competing communities on a monthly basis

--To complete all lease renewals prior to lease expiration

2. Marketing:
--To work with the Property Manager and or Leasing Consultant ensuring proper placement of
all print advertising for the property.
--Complete a marketing calendar under the direction of the Leasing Consultant
and follow it ensuring all marketing is completed in a timely manner
--To advise Leasing Consultant of any additional marketing,
advertising or move-in concession needs.

3. Office Procedures:
--To enter all traffic and leasing functions into the computer on a daily basis
--Complete all necessary paperwork and verify incomes regarding Urban Work Lofts.
--Coordinate all items relating to move in and move out in a timely manner.
-- Adhere to policies and procedures per the Operations Manual.

4. Miscellaneous to include:
--Take, fill out and log any work orders in a timely manner
--Collect rent, deposits and various payments and enter into the computer
--Any other duties assigned by Leasing Consultant/ Property Manager or
management personnel from the Home Office.

Why do I need you? I am an excellent face-to-face sales consultant with a close ration of higher than 70% on one of the 2 projects I will assign you to. The second project I can't tell you what my close ratio is because I have just taken the project on. Face to face, I am one of the best. On the phone, I am exactly the opposite. I am unable to make a coherent point in the very short period of time that a person will spend listening - so I need YOUR help.

For that help in setting appointments ONLY, I will pay you 10% commission. On one of the projects, the 10% will be residual - month after month - 10% of the revenue generated by any business I sign from appointments you set for me will be yours (just for getting me in the door). Be assured there will be a signed, legal contract between my business and YOU that assures you of your ongoing commission.

On the second project, I will also pay you a 10% commission - however, this project pays the full commission within 2 weeks of sale and commission is a 1x thing (for both of us).
