About the apt: One bedroom, One bath, fireplace, washer and dryer, walk-in closet, approximately 900 sq. ft. Top floor with very respectful and quite neighbors. I will be taking some stuff but will most likely leave a lot of my furniture for you to use. Very nice and clean complex with outdoor pool, tennis court, and indoor sport court. It is in a very nice part of federal way right off the 348th street exit just past the Federal Way Aquatic Center. It is also super close to all the Federal Way Park and Rides and Transit Center.

I would prefer a woman or couple who have great rental history and a $300 damage deposit along with first months rent. No pets please.
