CMPS is looking for representatives with these qualifications:
• Face-to-Face B2B selling experience
• Heavy self sourcing experience
• Big rolodex of previous customers
• Commission only preformer
• Desire to win big
• Outgoing personality that can be professionally reserved at times
• An advertising sales, teaching or customer service industry background
• Listening skills
• Ability to network with associations and buying groups, local banks, lead groups, chambers of commerce and point of sale vendors
