So we just moved into a really nice brand new house and are looking for another housemate. The house is 2650sq ft. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, with a 2 car garage and a sweet home theater with a 118" screen. Your room would be one of the 3 upstairs and it is 10x11 ft. You would share the main bath upstairs with one other guy. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. There are hardwoods in a lot of the downstairs and it has a fully fenced back yard and a patio in the back that is decent sized and we have a BBQ for whenever we want to have some friends over and grill up some food. You would have the possibility to have one of the parking spaces in the garage depending on the situation. The house is super close to Boeing in Renton, downtown Renton, and Renton Technical College.

As for the people you would be living with; there are 3 guys all in our early to mid twenties and are pretty laid back. We like to have friends over occasionally to have dinner and a couple of drinks. I also have an awesome little German Shorthair Pointer (dog) who mainly stays in my room but you would definitely see her around, she doesn't really bark at all and is very friendly and loving to everyone.

So the room is $550 and we all split utilities 4 ways, we also split normal household items ie. cleaning supplies, laundry, paper products, etc. between all 4. We have cable and internet at the house and all the essential cooking wares you need to eat. The house is fully furnished except for the room so you would only need to bring the stuff for your room. All the common areas are free for everyone to use equally. We are looking for someone who is pretty laid back as well, not a drama person and is personable. About the place: Move in is first and last months rent. Rent includes all utilites!! The Summit apartments. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, fireplace and back porch. Down stairs apartment. You would get your own bedroom and bathroom. I've lived her for two years so I have pretty much everything for the house. Hello I have a room available for rent. I have a dog that is male and not fixed so if you have a dog it would be better if it was fixed. I want a roommate that socializes outside the home. I work strange hours and sleep when I can so company over all the time will not work for me. I have a no late rent policy so if you don't have it you must move out right away so I can get so one that can pay I can not and do not have the resources to pay the other half of the rent. Nor do I need my living situation to be compromised due to someone financial problems. So have a back up plan parents, credit card or friends. I live in a small house on the river with 3/4 of an acre. Close to the 150 bus line. Also bike trails.
Dogs love it here. No aggressive dogs please. I don't mind letting some ones dogs outside to go to the bathroom but I can not have them bite anybody in the neighborhood. Alot of people bike around here. Dog must be house trained. no fenced yard. This might not work for people who work longer than 8 hours or don't come home right after work to let there dogs out to the bathroom.
