Holland Residential is currently seeking a Part Time Skilled Leasing Professional with previous sales experience for Copper Ridge, a beautiful 325 unit apartment community in Renton. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your talent, vision, drive, and experience to our Dynamic Residential Team!
As a sales associate, you will be asked to tour prospective residents, answer phones and assist in the leasing process including paperwork and renewal activity. Also assist in developing and implementing resident retention and lease renewal programs. This dynamic individual must possess strong sales abilities, phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills. Perform all other duties as directed by the Property Manager, and assist the overall team effort in any way possible. This part time position will be approximately 25 hrs/week, Friday, Saturday, & Monday.
Qualified candidates will offer polished sales and customer service skills, strong communication skills, and attention to detail and follow through. The Holland Team consists of associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills.
