Seeking part-time rental agent for a 93 unit Kent property and part-time rental agent for a 268 unit Renton property. Weekends required for both positions. Must live on-site (no pets).

Applicants must be energetic, organized, team-oriented, visionary, and have a positive attitude and outlook.

Your customer service, sales, and attention to detail could make you an ideal candidate for one of these positions. Experience in property management is preferred.

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws required.

Background check including Criminal & Credit Required. Drug test also required.
