7 Month Ball Python, very tame, loves eating (Des Moines)

I am moving soon, plus having a child and need someone to adopt my ball python, I am asking an adoption fee of $300 since it comes with 50+ gal cage that cost me $300 alone. Also has under cage heater, two hide areas, tree that he loves climbing, water dish, and ceramic heat source for the top of cage. Very reluctant on letting him go so need to make sure someone is going to take care of him. Bought as hatch ling and is very docile to people as long as you don't mess with him on his alone time. Comes with book that talks about ball pythons, but he is very easy going. Has no problem eating, as long as its live since he refuses to eat pre-killed prey. Very active and loves coming out of his cage to just hang out. He is about a foot or so now and still has a bit too grow since he's not even a year old. The tank measures 4ft length, 1ft width, and 1 1/2 feet tall, they recommend a 30 gal for there life span but I wanted him comfortable his whole life.
