Office Manager/Work from Home (Auburn/Kent/So. King)
Attention, no commute. This is an excellent opportunity to work from home fulltime with some flexibility from in the late afternoons if you have kids. Major Blinds is the markets fastest growing window fashion sales organization and is looking for an office manager. We are looking for someone with a great, can-do attitude to be a liazon between our crew and our customers. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We will supply you with a business phone line, phone, fax and office supplies at your home.
Duties include the following:
- Answering customer phone calls and setting appointments for salespeople
- Collecting online requests for consultations and returning calls to set appointments. You will not cold call. All calls come from existing advertising.
- Track product orders and ensure timely shipping.
- Some data base entry for payroll commisssion and pending sales transactions.
- Keep track of payments for outstanding jobs.
- Work with bookeeper on payroll
- Interface with operations director, payroll director and sales staff
- Various sundry duties as needed
