The location is great as it is situated on the busy (104th on the east hill of Kent) Benson highway between Smith and James streets. You are able to draw students from Kent, Renton, Covington, Auburn, Maple Valley and Black Diamond at this location.
This is a space renting opportunity for private music teachers. You get to set your own tuition rates, schedule and do all your own business. I just supply the space and have no say in your affairs. You are not an employee. But joint marketing among the instructors is an option.
