The nanny is needed for infant twins beginning in late October. We live in Renton and I am a consultant, which offers some schedule flexibility and some hours working from home.

We are looking for a high energy person who will provide lots of interaction and activities with the babies. Someone who is very self motivated, will see that there is a basket of dirty baby laundry in the closet and toss it in the wash while the babies nap, take the babies out for a walk and some fresh air every day, sing to them, make goofy faces, and blow raspberries (they love to giggle!)

We do understand that young infants nap. A LOT. (They nap three hours in the morning!) and there might be some downtime. While we don't need a house cleaner, it would be lovely if you could take care of their laundry for us, maybe empty the dishwasher and wipe down the counters where the formula spilled (it turns to cement after about 20 minutes.) Please don't turn the TV on first thing on in the morning and leave it going ALL DAY. Please don't pay more attention to the TV than to our babies (especially when you are feeding them) Please DO interact and love on them!!

While we love children, we are not interested in someone who needs to bring their children with them to work. With newborn twins, their care is our priority. Prior experience with newborns is needed, twins preferred. Current references and employment history is required. We will conduct a background check, and provide a 1099 to you at the end of the year for tax purposes.

We are really looking to find THE right fit for our family and I may wait to return to work if we don't find that person, or may bring someone in 10 hours a week and then ramp them up as we see that they are a "fit". Its not worth it if the little lovies aren't well cared for and adored while I work... their well-being is my ONLY priority Pay is 15-20/hour based on experience

I live at Gentry Walk Apartments on the 1st floor right accross from the basketball/tenniss court (so we will spend a lot of play time around there) The apartments are located on Lea Hill close to Lea Hill Elementary, Arthur Jacobson and Green River Community College.

I will provide breakfast, lunch and two snacks. We will have play time,circle time, do arts and crafts, and if needed will have nap time (my son still needs a nap).

I know how hard it is to find a reliable person to watch your children and I can assure you I will always be home when your ready to drop off and pickup. I wont sit around and watch tv all day. The food will be following child nutrition guidelines and I will offer a nurtering and safe enviroment.
