Seeking an individual who can take an image (.psd), slice it and then create the pages needed for a website design using XHTLM and CSS. Layouts to include forms elements, images, etc. You will be responsible for creating all of the pages of the site, not the programming of the pages, just the HTML layout. Ideally you will have some knowledge or at least understanding of the concept of programming as it relates to the layout of a web page. You will layout the look of all pages of the website and then the rest of the team follow up with the code and content as needed.

This is a telecommuting position. Pay is $15 - $20 per hour based on experience, quality and time to complete assigned work. There is at least 20 hours per week available to begin and much much more if everything works out okay.
