Unique Opportunity: Student Volunteer/Internship
Looking for a young person who is committed to making a difference in the world to act as an assistant in a new initiative for creating a peaceful world.
This is a social entrepreneurship project (which uses the business model to impact major problems in the world). War, terrorism and armed violence are some of the biggest problems in the world for human beings and shifting the conversation about peace and use of violence is the focus of this work. If you want to be a part of building something new, you may be the person I am looking for.
I am seeking a student assistant for 10 hours a week (flexible) with skills in research, event planning and coordination. Most important of all, you must be very tech savvy with computers and other technology. Knowledge of blogosphere extremely helpful.
Training and Supervision and Mentoring provided. This can easily be turned into an internship and I would assist you in creating the structure for that. You will learn a lot and have fun at the same time!
