Local noprofit searching for a web designer/developer for a short contract, making front-end changes to a website template that runs on Joomla, including a flash banner and some menu styling.
Need to be familiar with:
• JOOMLA
• HTML
• CSS
• FLASH
• And possibly Javascript
Design experience required.
