Needed: Interactive Marketing Strategist a.k.a. Superman or Wonder Woman
Spiker Communications - www.spikercomm.com - located in God’s Country, Missoula, Montana, home of the University of Montana, needs an Interactive Marketing Strategist to join its strategic team.
The ideal individual will be the primary owner of developing the interactive strategy for our entire interactive efforts. It’s that simple. We need a strategist, not a doer (but doing may be needed from time to time to assist with assignments).
Education is not important. Being a strategic and creative thinker is what we are looking for. Strong strategic, written, presentation, creative, analytical and relationship management skills are critical to your success here. We’re looking for someone who can think outside the box as we don’t ever want to do anything that somebody else is already doing. We want to lead and not follow.
Other welcoming traits would be an entrepreneurial, pro-active, self-motivated work style. See a trend here? You won’t be under someone’s thumb. We don’t have a separate Interactive Department. Our goal is to become an interactive agency with strong traditional chops. We’ve been a strong traditional agency for 26 years and we realize we have to evolve into a digital shop in order to thrive and survive.
