Essential Functions:

1. Pick up food from donors and deliver it to recipient agencies or to the Food Lifeline Warehouse in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Adhere to the specific training requirements for each of the designated routes.
3. Maintain accurate records of donations and distribution while completing other paper work including donor and agency receipts, vehicle maintenance and mileage logs.
4. Evaluate and screen products for quality using food safety guidelines and ensure that all potential products are secured by making inquiries regarding product that might be available for donation from current donors.
5. Maintain equitable distribution by offering product to all agencies.
6. Inform agencies of appropriate handling of donated items.
7. Provide excellent customer service. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with donors and agencies. Communicate with Program Coordinator as needed to advise of delays or rescheduling.
8. Use good judgment in prioritizing donor pick-ups and accepting donations.
9. Maintain open and honest communication with Program Coordinator and Transportation Manager in order to maximize efficient use of program resources and promote donor solicitation.
10. Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of vehicles and equipment as required.
11. Assist the main warehouse and Product Recovery Center with manual labor, routine clerical work, shipping and receiving, order picking and housekeeping duties as assigned.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Class A, CDL license and good driving record.
2. Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
3. Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
4. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work.
5. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
6. Ability to plan and follow-through.
7. Washington State Food Handler�s permit or the ability to attain one within one week of hire, and an understanding of food safety issues.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Sales Account Manager is to develop and grow truckload, less than truckload and inter-modal client relationships that deliver positive results for both the client and 4 Elements. 6. Interface with functional units to include Operations, Vendors, Sales Team, Branch Network and IT to ensure successful execution of the service offerings to clients.
7. Maintain complete knowledge of client�s seasonal patterns for use to supplement network or market imbalance. Work to maximize branch profitability by balancing client base.
8. Ability to handle advanced web based TM System (Primarily Data Input & Sales Analytics), Invoicing & Collections.
9. Quote and negotiate brokerage services based upon lane knowledge and Logistics Coordinator Approval.
10. This position will be expected to meet individual business growth, gross margin/revenue and KPI metrics.
11. Other tasks & duties to be determined as needed.

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Shuttle Coordinator is responsible for answering and logging calls, client intake and
assessment; information and referral; scheduling and preparing daily manifests, and dispatching,
updating and assisting van drivers via radio to ensure effective service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and respond to all incoming calls, effectively communicating in a clear, courteous and
professional manner with drivers, clients, nutrition site managers, other service providers and the
general public; assist clients in the assessment of transportation needs. Obtain accurate
information from the client or the client�s advocate about the need for transportation in order to
prioritize ride requests and provide demographic data to funding sources. Provide information
and referral for other community transportation resources; create and confirm accurate
electronic bookings of client trip requests using Trapeze scheduling software. Ensure fast and
accurate entry of data in the transportation computer system. Help compile all information to
accurately complete monthly reports as required by funding sources; prepare daily driver
manifests, ensuring all trips are efficiently routed for next day operations, and coordinate client
pickup times with nutrition site managers. Keep routes updated, ensuring that all additions and
cancellations are relayed to the drivers in a timely manner; effectively communicate with drivers
via NEXTEL radio. Document all incidents and accidents, ensuring follow up and investigation
by Senior Shuttle Supervisor. Assist in finding coverage for routes in the event of an ill or noshow
driver or if a van breaks down; drive a route if needed; communicate any problems or
scheduling issues to the Supervisor as they arise; demonstrate an eagerness to learn and enhance
skills that promote cultural competence; participate in events related to understanding
institutional racism and building cultural competence; other duties as needed, assigned or
required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or

1. BA in related field and one year of call-taking or dispatching experience. Or four years of
call-taking or dispatching experience may substitute for degree.
2. Two years paid or volunteer experience providing services to older people is desired.

4. Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
