Reit Management and Research LLC has an immediate opening for a BUILDING ENGINEER for a Gold LEED Certified, 20 story (415,000 sq. ft.) office tower in downtown Bellevue.
Requirements/Experience:
• 3 years of direct experience in all aspects of operating and maintaining the mechanical, electrical, life/safety and plumbing systems in commercial office buildings.
• Experience with computerized building management systems.
Certificates and/or Licenses:
• Refrigeration or electrical license preferred.
Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding team and consensus building skills.
• Ability to work in high-paced and collaborative environment.
• A self starter and motivator.
Responsibilities:
• Duties include but are not limited to performing tenant service requests, preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment.
