Label / Narrow Web Production Manager
Growing label / narrow-web flexographic printing company employing 30+ people, 9 presses on 2 shifts. Mostly Mark Andy / Comco presses, well-capitalized company.
Responsibilities: Directs printing, rewind, shipping, maintenance and scheduling areas. We are looking for an individual with experience driving improvements in all areas of label production and to help us make full use of our recent investments.
Reports to: General Manager
Requirements:
• 10 years minimum label / high end narrow-web flexographic printing experience (running presses or supervising same). Experience in pre-press or maintenance will be considered in lieu of a portion of this
• 5 years minimum leadership position in label / narrow web production
• 2 years college or trade-school education
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 2 work references who can vouch for your experience and attributes
• You will be required to demonstrate skill and take an aptitude test
