Hey! We want to record a singer-songwriter project in ANY KIND OF studio, the only important thing is that we need almost everything!
You provide 1 electric and 1 acoustic guitar, maybe a bass too (not the best kind, just something whats in tune, and can easily played) and some studio microphone for vocals and the acoustic, and some line-in recording system for the electric guitar (toneport, pod...) and some synth. We dont need pricey equipment, just a friendly, nice enviroment. It can be in your basement, in your room, we don`t really care, as long as you can record the stuff, provide the gear, and make the mixing. First let`s record 1 song in a day, do some mixing = probably 6 hours work for 60$, and then we will see the rest. If you have a drumkit, thats even better, because we are thinking in drum recording too. We are kinda professionals, the problem is that we`re not from here (berlin, europe), so we don`t have any instruments with us.
