Position: Multi-Media Journalist
Q13 FOX News/Seattle, which produces seven hours of live news programming daily, Washington’s Most Wanted, Seahawks Game Day and more, has an opening for a Multi-Media Journalist.
This person must be a “content producer” who’s self-contained: a journalist who sets up stories/content, can write them, shoot them, edit them and make them available for multiple platforms including on-air and online.
Duties include news content producing, field producing, writing, research, set-up, news photography, editing and posting web stories and content for multiple platforms.
Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, be creative, a team player and have a positive “get it done” attitude.
This position requires a B.A. in Journalism, or equivalent related experience. On-air news reporting experience preferred. News writing, news producing and/or news photography experience required. Experience in non-linear editing and website posting a plus.
