Operations IT Support Manager
is in its sixteenth year of operation as a colocation data center and Internet services company. With a strong track record of attracting and keeping high-profile clients, digital.forest requires highly motivated staff members with solid experience and clean histories.
Reporting to the operations director, the operations IT support manager has responsibility for managing the day-to-day work of the operations support team, scheduling, performance evaluation and feedback, staffing levels, and statistics reporting. This position is responsible for specific portions of our SLA, and interfacing with clients directly when necessary.
Required Experience
- 2 years experience as support manager in 7x24 operations environment
- 5 years experience in IT support and/or IT operations role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to pass FBI criminal history evaluation and random drug tests
