Desktop Field Support
Candidate will spend most of their time in the field traveling between Tacoma to Seattle and surrounding area.
Job Duties:
Provide computer and application support over the phone
Provide onsite computer troubleshooting and setup
Update documentation
Communicate with team members on project status.
Requirements
MCP Certification is desired
MAC and Linux experience a plus.
Must have 2 years supporting end users in an network environment.
Should be familiar with the following software
Microsoft XP
Microsoft Exchange Server
Microsoft Server 2003
Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007
Mac OS X (and previous versions)

Compensation
This job is full time and pays $15.00 - $17.00 DOE
