We have: A very beautiful, fun, cozy, comfortable, immaculate, conveniently-located & unique (two-bedroom/two-bath, plus extra room, decks) FLOATING HOME right ON the river in Portland, very near the MAX line to Anywhere, Portland, one block from excellent golf courses, right beside a wonderful biking/hiking 'nature' trail (you can bike on into Vancouver or east up The Gorge); sunrise views of Mt. Hood!
You have: A great little place very close to Seattle Center!
In a perfect world, we want: to be within walking distance of Folklife & then to enjoy a few hours sleep in between the music at your place, while you are simultaneously enjoying life for the long weekend at our floating home.
We've traded homes in a variety of locations, have had excellent experiences & met some wonderful people in the process. Shall we swap more details & talk about it?
