We'll be in Seattle for a wedding over Memorial Day weekend (May 25th). Want to explore a house swap that weekend. Our place is in central/downtown Boulder Colorado (vicinity of 22nd and Mapleton) with easy access to everything Boulder. We have two small kids so the house is toddler proof and has lots of toys.
