1) Games Senior QA Lead
Responsibilities :
· Ability to understand the Game design from the conceptual documents and design documents to create test plans and test cases for the required tests.
· Understand the game flow and create test scenarios and test flow diagrams.
· Work with Test manager and QA Director to do the test planning and test cases.
Skills
· Write strong test cases for games on PC’s or Consol
· At least 2 years of Games QA testing experience in games industry
· Help drive testing in a group of 4-5 testers
· Familiarity with bug entry and test case databases
· Passion for gaming
· Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite(Word, excel, Outlook)
The Senior QA lead will be responsible creating solid test cases for driving testing with of a group of testers and ensuring daily goals are met with guidelines.

2) Test Manager
Experience : At least 5+ years of test management in Games and Software Industry is experience required
Availability : Immediate
Duration : 2 to 6 Months Contract and Potential to convert to fulltime.
Skills :
- Solid understanding of gaming industry , Tools & technologies and software industry and gaming QA
- Hands on testing experience prior to test management.
- Preferred if the candidate also has programming, Automation and or Scripting skills
- More qualified candidates will have had some prior exposure to game testing and development and strong candidates will have had prior experience with several different and completed software development projects and Games projects.
We are looking for someone with skills of managing Games test projects and Software Projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Hire and organize full time and contingent staff.
- Be responsible for project planning, staff training, mentoring; manage multiple test teams
-Work with our customers on various projects and day to day activities.
- Experiences in the use of Automated Testing Tools & be able to take advantage of our existing testing standards available in the games and software industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of software testing best practices are required
- Great management and solid technical skills to grow and develop a world class quality assurance and testing team to meaningfully impact game testing and development
- A proven track record of successful software testing of some form of commercial software is required as is solid - Experience of managing Test Managers and Test Leads
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science or a equivalent engineering degree is required
