Senior Software Engineer – SDE3
Overview:
Multiple positions at a large Redmond-based Software Corporation.
Responsibilities Include:
• Design, develop, and update software services and applications per schedule
• Assist in system configuration and support application deployment
• Conduct design, product, and code review meetings
• Participate in team review meetings
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expert understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts and design patterns
• Strong understanding of .NET (5+ years)
• 3+ years of commercial web application development using .NET, XML, & Web Services
• Strong experience with browser presentation technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript and AJAX concepts
• Solid T-SQL skills, ability to troubleshoot and optimize database performance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Preferred Technical Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience creating and iterating through screen mockups with Business Development and marketing teams
• A sense of ownership from product conception through engineering & deployment to production support and finally interpretation of technical and business performance
