Growing company is looking for a Marketing Director to share our incredible senior service with the community. Ours is an established company with an excellent track record of senior care, and an outstanding reputation of integrity and service in the elder care community. Our company is growing rapidly in the next 3 - 18 months and needs a strong and friendly person to build brand awareness, increase numbers of referrals, grow our reputation, capture opportunities to spotlight our story in the media, and educate the senior community about what we do for seniors.

Position Requirements for Marketing Director:
2+ years minimum experience in direct sales with proven results
Self starter; able to set goals and achieve them with minimal supervision
Good communicator; people person, excellent rapport-building skills, warm and positive
Good written and verbal skills; excellent in spelling and grammar, an able public speaker
Basic knowledge of real estate, able to answer common questions about RE transactions
Basic understanding of seniors, their unique needs, and the services available to them
Able to build lead generation using structured systems of follow up and relationship building
Results driven; high achiever, go-getter, fire in the belly
Team player, who can support others positions and help where needed
A fast learner, someone who can absorb information quickly and apply it
Able to work some early mornings, evenings, weekends; flexible in work time availability
Positive attitude; friendly, outgoing, upbeat, and not easily discouraged
Strong personal and business ethics; honest, with solid integrity
Candidates must be willing to undergo thorough background check and must be able to provide numerous personal and professional references.
Compensation:
Marketing Director will have a base monthly salary plus commission based on performance. Base salary and commission established DOE.
Bonuses will be provided for meeting milestones and goals in individual performance and company growth.
Candidates must have sufficient reserves to be able to work 45 60 days before commission results are evident.
