$400 Very Responsible Artist New To Seattle Seeks Room
Hi. I moved here in December and my 6-month lease will be ending soon. But the person who I moved with will be leaving at the end of it, which is the end of May. So I will either be stuck with a fairly colossal rent and too much space for one person, or finding a roommate at another place(as this is only a 1-bedroom) by July 1.
As I'm new here and know few people, it seems to me a roommate situation would be the best bet. I am looking to pay in the range of $300-400 per month. I am willing to go on a lease for any reasonable period.
Me: I'm a freelance writer/artist, and sometime small publisher, who has as a day job admin work. I'm a nice and funny roommate, and very dependable. My past landlords and roommates(references for which I can provide) can vouch for this. I also have a fun and large library of books, movies and music. And a router for a home network, and other useful equipment. Which I'm happy to share. I'm pretty quiet, but not a hermit, sociable but not obnoxious.
I have a (very sweet and quiet)cat, and I am a smoker. I don't mind smoking outside, though.
And I make art that some find amusing!
