$700 26yo male professional/UW student seeking housing (Downtown / Cap Hill / U-district)
I was looking at some of the other room/share ads and I've noticed that the ones which lack any background leave me thinking the worst... so...
I've presently got some awesome accommodations out in Bellevue (moved out here a few years back to be closer to work) which aren't so awesome anymore, given that I'm now working in Seattle and attending the UW part-time (may switch to full-time in August, still strategizing).
I'm not pressed to move out of my present digs, so I've got no problem telling you that I'm an outdoor smoker and regular drinker with a felony on the ol' criminal record (charges were dismissed) - but hey, I've got super-excellent credit and I won't get caught if I kill you in your sleep.
(It's okay if you've already made your decision not to contact me and you're just reading the rest of this ad out of morbid curiosity - as I said, I'm not even particularly motivated to move at the moment, I'm just seeing what's out there. If you don't get my sense of humor, I don't want to live in proximity to you.)
I'm a rabid computer geek and, thusly, I tend not to make too much noise (unless your walls happen to be thin enough to allow the sound of constant keyboard clicky-noises to reverberate throughout the residence).
I walk or ride the bus and greatly prefer the downtown Seattle / Capitol Hill / University District for that reason.
I've lived in a wide variety of not-so-awesome arrangements in the past and I'm not too interested in repeating history.
