I have 2002 Mckenzie Rouge 27ft two slide Class C up for sale. This coach is built by Monaco, this is as good as they get in a class c. this has the smooth side, painted aluminum siding that does not delame, blister or fade like most class c's.

Its hard to find a 27ft class c with two slides! This coach is very easy to drive and has tons of living space for its size and lots of basement storeage.

Monaco uses a fiberglass roof that far out lasts the rubber roofs you see on most coach's.

This only has 27,794 miles on a ford v10. I just used this coach to bring up a small trailer from my dealership in California. I had this all checked out, everything works, its as clean as you will find!

This coach has a generator with very low hours, roof ac, awning with awnings over the slide outs, tv, vcr, roof ac, cd player, the toilet is in its own room, walk around rear queen bed, lots of closet space.

If you are looking to head south for the winter this would be a good one!

Dynoport XP 800 pipe (fits 2008/2009 not sure about 2010.) This is the pipe only and does not include Y-pipe or silencer. New with ceramic coating -perfect condition. Big John says there is no advantage above 8000' which is where I need. He suggested selling to someone in the sea level to mid mountain crowd who would realize the full advantage (up to 5 hp.) I installed the pipe with a BMP (much longer than stock) Y-pipe on the sled, ran it in the shop, had muffler clearance issues because of the long Y, talked to Big John, and then removed it. Rec'd this sled as a gift from my father last year, 1997 Ski Doo 600 w/ many extras. I've never road it. It has many extras too many to list. The engine has been bored the exhaust has been changed, new see thru hood. Sled runs great for an older sled, although I've only started it once or twice. No odometer on sled so can't tell you how many hours are the sled. Can't be that many because I know he didn't ride it that much, even though he thinks he did :).

Have all paperwork including receipts for all the work that has been done on sled.

This RV is 25 years old so it has plenty of bumps and bruises inside and out. Looks good and works great. All systems work. 92k original miles. Propane Furnace/Stove/Oven/Fridge all work perfect. Has 50 gallon freshwater tank. 50 gallon Diesel fuel tank. two 20 gallon propane tanks. Tons of storage.

Windshields have no cracks. All windows work as they should. Very well insulated so its easy to keep it warm with the propane heat on. Has rooftop AC but i dont know if it works or not. I think it needs to be plugged into 220 rv hookups to work but not sure.The cover for the roof ac unit is missing but you can find one on this website. There is no generator. There is a spot for one so if you buy a used rv generator it will easily slide in and hook up. You could easily put a cheapo Generator in there if you wanted. I was running solar panels and deep cycle batteries but that system is on my trailer now.

This rv does not need a generator to run anything besides the AC. RV has a small solar panel that keeps batteries charged up when sitting. Has power inverter for running your laptop ect.

All lights work. Starts up easily in the cold. Dash Heat & AC work.

Has separate shower and toilet. Shower is very large for such a small rv. Bathroom in general is good size for this size rv.

Have all original owners manuals for RV and all appliances inside and out.

NO this rv is not mint and like new. I would give this RV a 7 out of 10. Most RVs this age that i have seen i would give a 5 out of 10. And again your not going to find another DIESEL rv this size for this cheap.

I have been using it as storage/a extra room. It's dry and warm with a heater ;)

Must be gone by 5 today. The sooner you pick it up the cheaper it will be!!

I would be willing to pay someone to move it to Vashon Island but I only have 25$ moving is very exspinive.
