As you can see on the map, there are several buses directly to the University of Washington, and very close to downtown. However, it is located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Many UW professors studied at the U currently working at the U; and now their children are going to the U. You can take buses, ride bicycles, or walk to the U as exercise.

This house has a bigger yard compared to other houses. We have 2 Asian pear trees, 3 American pears, 2 cheery, two different types of plums and one apple tree in the yard. We take care of them, and in the late fall we enjoy these organic fruits.

The two bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor of the house, you get south, east and a little western sunshine from the east and south.

There is an old piano, if you want to play, please feel free. You can park 2 � 4 cars in the back ally side. You can also have a BBQ in the southwest side of the house from the ally. We take care of the yard and enjoy the peaceful and quiet life here. Few blocks away, there is a Safeway, few restaurants and other old and new business. It is very convenient here. You can easily get on I5 North or South; or from the Lake City Way toward the eastside if you need to. The block neighborhood watch party goes every year. Neighbor Tim has a live band, and some musicians live here in the blocks too.

The damage/cleaning/proper notification deposit is $600, fully refundable, and the application for the background, credit, reference, employment/income verification and rental history check. It cost $50/person for credit/background/employment/income/rental history and background check (if two of you were roommates or married 3+ years and have been living together, can receive a $25 discount for the fee), this is non-refundable, but if you stay over one year, it becomes refundable. When you sign the contract, you need to pay that $500. When you move in, you can pay the 1st month of rent and utilities and the last month security deposit. This is yours, when you give me the moving out notice, you don't pay that last month of rent, just use this. This is just for avoiding those who didn't give enough notice, and leave.
We are very sorry, our lawn mower have some problems, it is just repaired. The yard is not in good shape and we plan to cut the grass on Sunday afternoon, so you may see it is not in good shape in the yard this now.

I am 25, full-time undergrad student at the UW and full-time worker, clean, and live with my girlfriend in the master bedroom. She's ultra-clean and very quiet, a PhD student who should be graduating soon.

Pat is 26 and works full-time as a sanitation something-or-other at Children's Hospital. He's very nice and friendly, and I haven't had any troubles with him. Never paid rent late and is always up on bills.

We have a garage in which I keep my motorcycle (and sometimes car), but if you want to store something in there we can work something out no prob. The garage attic has plenty of unused storage space for everyone too. The kitchen is gigantic, it's seriously bigger than the two other bedrooms (which are about 11x12' themselves; I can't remember, I haven't measured them since I moved in and I can't be bothered to get up and do it now ;) ). The living/dining room area is very large as well. We already have a full complement of furniture: couch, entertainment center, dining room table and chairs, bookshelves, etc. I even have a piano.

Washer/dryer in house, dishwasher, etc. This place is great! It will be available to move in to by August 22nd. We're all very good people and love to throw the occasional cookout (my favorite is garlic & beer-boiled brats). Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi- I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment located near the Oak Tree Cinemas in the Northgate area. The rent would be $435 plus your share of utilities, which would come to about $75-100 extra per month (these utilities include, water, electricity, cable, high speed wireless internet and home phone). Im trying to find someone who'd be a great roommate, conscious and aware, responsible, somewhat clean and fun to be around. im a very laid back person, musician, flexible soul, work in the environmental field doing solar energy installation... As for this place goes its an older duplex house set somewhat high above Alki beach with wonderful views of the mountains and a very chill area. its right next to an entrance for Schmitz preserve park, with lots of hiking/biking trails. A huge plus is that the neighbors downstairs are some of my best friends. they are a small vegetarian family and are very nice & chill also. the dad is actually my lead co-worker so we will be traveling alot together for work, etc. if you like cool folks you will be around the right folks. we drink good beer and are also herb friendly but might have to keep that on the downlow a bit. this place is really beautiful except that its a bit small inside yet it was just recently renovated a bit by the new landlords so i think its gonna be in good shape, and also dont worry no new carpets! their is one large master bedroom and a smaller bedroom and im totally willing to give you the bigger room if you wanted it for the same price. the landlords are asking $1520 and then split in two would be $760 plus a small utility bill so it should be about $780 for us each every month. This is so worth it if you dont mind waking up to the mountains everyday and dont mind only being a few minutes walk from Alki beach. there is a nice little backyard with a deck/outside eating area and a hammock, all shared with my friends below who again are awesome. there is lots of space in the garage which you could use for whatever, and there is parking for you right in front of the garage if you happen to drive. im actually gonna use part of the garage as a rehearsal space for my musical projects, but their will be much sufficient room in there for your storage, art space for you, etc, i figure we'd just split the garage room in half or whatevers clever..so yeah hoping you can afford it too, im going to sacrifice my car to rent this for a bit. ive been trying to rid of it anyways as i could easily bike and bus everywhere here since i think i'll be here for a while. this is a lush sweet spot for sure. reply back if youre interested and would like to see it this week along with the application stuff for the landlords, as i need to move by August 1. there is a non-refundable fee of $35 for the application and minimal background check (hoping you're not a criminal or flake of sorts). also no pets are allowed either, a bummer cause i love animals but oh well. Nice rooms across the street of UW campus available. The rent is from $385.00 to $525.00 per month including utilities except internet and telephone. It is a rooming house like dormitory. There are 28 units in the house with 5 shared bathrooms. You have your own private room with a deadlock on the door so no one will be in your room before 48 hours advanced written notice from the management unless in emergency. We provide you a refrigerator in your room.

The rent varies depending on the size and the location of the room. All utilities are included in the rent except the phone (you don't need to pay if you have a cell phone) and the internet (you can share with somebody else to reduce the cost or you simply not to connect it and you don't need to pay). The common area is cleaned up regularly. You are responsible for your own room only.
